I wanted to try essential oils, and lavender is a pretty popular one with great benefits. I mainly wanted to see if the goPURE Lavender Essential Oil would have a calming/relaxing effect. I was not disappointed when I smelled it. It does have a strong lovely lavender smell. Seems like the fragrance was there for a while after smelling it. I believe it is highly effective in calming down after a stressful day. I could definitely tell the lavender from this product did relax me tremendously! All I had to do was rub some on as simple as that. I am excited to try other essential oils. This one was the perfect first one to try. I didn't realize the 4oz bottle was going to be so big! I always thought they came in small bottles but not this one. You definitely get your monies worth on this one. Highly recommend!
