I am 2 months out after having my baby boy and want to get back into shape. I hear that jump roping can be a great calorie burner so why not try out Roxow's jump rope. It comes all put together but may need to be adjusted. You can cut the wire to desired length. The length it comes in was too big for me ( I am 5'7). When I tested the product out the handles kept sliding down for some reason. I don't know if I wasn't jumping fast enough but it didn't hold up for me. I did adjust the screws to the wire prior to jumping. One big thing is i wish the handles were a little thicker and had a better grip. I have nothing to compare it to, but I have seen other jump ropes out there with better handles I would prefer.
